WOYWW 167 - Debut Video!

I am keeping my fingers crossed I can do this.  I promised to reveal the surprise that was hidden in the pretty envelopes that were on my chair last week.  A photo just wouldn't have done it justice so I decided to have a go at making a teeny tiny video even though I have no idea how to put it on my blog!

Drum Roll Please..........

Thank you to my cameraman Callum.  I think he needed a tripod and I needed a script writer or at least the skills to edit out the ummmms!

Now for the easy bit what is on my desk today?

From this angle you can see the My Minds Eye - The Sweetest Thing papers and embellishments I treated myself to on Saturday.  How could I resist :-)  Another zentangle pattern in the making and the set from my debut video.

On the other side of the film set is my Tag Tuesday tag taking shape - last weeks tag is propped up at the back - if you want to take a closer look then go to my previous post where I did a little how to.  I had a lovely time making this miniature penny arcade game from my childhood.  Just looking at my empty popcorn packets - I wish I had one of those Star Trek machines to make the popcorn to go in them!

That's it from me except to say if you don't know what WOYWW is then follow this link to some desk hopping fun and if you do know what WOYWW is then thank you for popping by - have a great week.

Loving the new papers and embellishments too. I think that MME are just about me favourite when it comes down to choosing papers.

  30. What is it about popcorn that is so suggestive? You see a container or someone mentions it or.. oh my! You SMELL it, you have to have it. The My Mind's Eye papers look bright and fun. Have fun creating!

  32. Thanks for your visit, Helen, and I look forward to seeing a tutorial on the exploding boxes! That's such a fun project!!

As for the mp3s, I've just commented on Kate's blog (number 69 on this week's WOYWW) telling her how to do it, so hop over and have a look! If you want to email me for further info, please do - you've got my addy I think, otherwise it's in the RH sidebar on my blog.

I've recently converted a whole lot of reel-to-reel tapes my dad made of us when we were kids - chattering and singing and all sorts, and also a recording of my mum reading Beatrix Potter to us! These things are so precious. I've also got a very small snippet of my grandmother's voice which is lovely to have.

Been extremely busy this p.m. having a major clear-out in my ARTHaven and I can't believe how different it looks now! I'm making good progress with it. Still got a lot to do though.

    Happy belated WOYWW,
